By purchasing from me the artist, you the customer are agreeing to the following terms, and under no circumstances may these terms be overridden (unless you have spoken to me, and we have agreed upon a compromise). The breaching of these terms will result in consequences (e.g. blacklisting, legal action, etc.)

I. Commission Rates, Prices, and Payment Methods
✦︎ All prices are in US Dollars.✦︎ Any orders of value less than or equal to $30 must be paid upfront. Any orders above $30 must be paid half upfront— the other half must be given upon approval of the initial sketch.✦︎ Rush orders have a fee of +30% of the base price and will be completed within 1 to 2 weeks. Any additional characters will be +50%.✦︎ All payments shall be made through VGen.

II. Revisions
✦︎ Unless the commission is marked as a "skeb-style," the customer has the right to three revisions in each progress check phase. There will be three progress checks: 1) initial sketch, 2) flat colors, and 3) final check.✦︎ Post completion, the customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered product.✦︎ Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.✦︎ For changes and revisions after the commission is marked as complete, a new commission inquiry must be made.

III. Product Delivery & Process
✦︎ Once the initial payment is received by the seller, they will begin the initial sketch. The artist will send watermarked work-in-progress images of the sketch with or without flat color for the client to approve or request revisions.✦︎ As stated previously in section II, there will be three stages: 1) initial sketch, 2) flat colors, and 3) final check. I will contact you at least once to ensure the commission is best suited to your tastes during each phase. The customer should reply in a timely manner to ensure proper communication between both parties.✦︎ The final, completed work will be delivered to the customer via email. Once delivered, the commission will henceforth be considered complete.

IV. Personal and Commercial Use
✦︎ The copyright of the final product is owned by me— the customer will own the license to use the art (e.g. on social media, printing a copy for your wall).✦︎ The product(s) received by the customer from the seller is for personal use.✦︎ Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the seller. This will require a separate agreement between customer and seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the product.✦︎ Customers do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, the customer does not hold the right to use neither the sketches nor products for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions within the field.✦︎ The artwork may not be altered by any other individual once it is finished.✦︎ I will always appreciate it if you give me credits when using my art!

V. Refund Policy
✦︎ The customer has the right to request a full refund from the artist anytime before any progress has been made. Additionally, if the initial sketch is not shown 30 consecutive days past the first payment, the customer has the right to request a full refund.✦︎ After the initial sketch has been approved, if the final product is not completed within 80 days, the customer has the right to request a partial refund. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.✦︎ After the customer has approved the first initial sketch, only half of the amount paid beforehand may be refunded if the customer is to change their mind.✦︎ Past the second progress check, no more refunds may be offered.

VI. Misc.
✦︎ The artist reserves the right to refuse any order, under the condition of a full refund, at any given time without giving reasons to the customer.
✦︎ Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The customer may receive a full/partial/no refund depending on the amount of work done. The artist has the right to refuse the customer in the future.
